Installation and Training

MyIP typically requires no new hardware or software so installation is quick and easy.

Training can be delivered at regular training courses or on-site. In addition to providing end-user training we will show you how to manage security for your users. We will work with you to enter live data into the system and provide a 'Play' database in addition to the live environment.

Data Migration

As part of the initial set-up we can work with you to migrate data from your existing systems.

Support

Email and telephone support is provided during normal business hours through a Maintenance and Support agreement which also provides a way for users to contribute to the on-going development program. There is also an online User Group and regular User Group Meetings.
